Newton's law of motion, how many is/are there?

There are three Newton's laws of motion.

1. Newton's First Law of Motion (Law of Inertia): An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

2. Newton's Second Law of Motion: The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object
